EX FACTORY
Seller owns the goods until they are collected from the factory by the buyer or the buyer’s agent.
The selling price is the cost of the goods.

FOB TRUCK
Seller owns the goods until they are loaded onto the truck at the factory. Selling price includes all
costs so far, plus the cost of loading onto the truck.

FAS VESSEL
Seller owns the goods until they are delivered alongside the vessel at the port of loading. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus cost of transportation to the dock.

FOB VESSEL
Seller owns the goods until they are loaded onto the vessel. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus the cost of loading onto the vessel.

C & F
Seller owns the goods until they are loaded onto the vessel. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus the cost of the ocean freight.

C I F
Seller owns the goods until they are loaded onto the vessel. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus the costs of the cargo insurance.

EX DOCK
Seller owns the goods until they are unloaded from the vessel onto the dock at the port of discharge. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus the cost of unloading from the vessel.

FOB WAREHOUSE
Seller owns the goods until they are delivered to the buyer’s warehouse at the final destination. Selling price includes all costs so far, plus the transportation costs to the final destination.
