The Pok\u00e9mon craze has taken over the world during the last few weeks since Niantic’s Pok\u00e9mon Go App released<\/a> in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States on July 6, 2016. Since then the app has become available in numerous countries around the world as it works its way toward full global reach (check out an updated look at where the app is available<\/a>).<\/p>\n Throughout the month Pok\u00e9mon Go has been available, the app has been cited as the cause of some pretty outrageous real-world news. With reports ranging from negative to positive and even to the outright silly<\/a>; there seems to be no stopping the momentum of this phenomenon.<\/p>\n A new type of Pok\u00e9mon Go news occurred July 21, 2016, when two Canadian teens accidentally crossed the border into the United States while playing the game. U.S. Border Patrol Agents apprehended the individuals as they were walking southbound into the U.S. near Sweet Grass, Montana. It was quickly determined in the field that the two were unaware of their surroundings as they played the game on their cell phones.<\/p>\n \u201cBoth juveniles were so captivated by their Pok\u00e9mon GO games that they lost track of where they were. They crossed the international border inadvertently, but agents were able to reunite them with their mother.\u201d This is the first, but may not be the last time there is a border crossing caused by Pok\u00e9mon Go as more people strive for the glory of catching them all!<\/p>\nTwo Teen Cross the Border Playing Pok\u00e9mon Go<\/h2>\n
