The U.S.T.R. announced additional rounds of Section 301 exclusions to goods included on List 1, 2, and 3 throughout the month of October. These items will be excluded from the current additional 25% tariff.<\/h3>\n

On October 2, 2019, the United States Trade Representative released two announcements about new exclusions to List 1 and 2 for the Section 301 tariffs on goods imported from China. The official announcements can be found here: Round 7 List 1 Exclusions<\/a>, Round 3 List 2 Exclusions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Following these announcements, the USTR released a third round of exclusions to items included on List 3 on October 28, 2019. This official announcement can be found here: Round 3 List 3 Exclusions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What is Included in the Exclusions?<\/h2>\n

The scope of each exclusion is governed by the scope of the product descriptions set forth in the attached notice and not by the product descriptions in any particular request.<\/p>\n
