In most cases, the answer is no.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. Customs and Border Protection<\/a> has amended the following continuous\u00a0bonds to cover Importer Security Filing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/traderiskguaranty.com\/customs-bonds\/#ac1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Basic Importation\/Entry Bond<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/traderiskguaranty.com\/customs-bonds\/#ac2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Custodial Bond<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/traderiskguaranty.com\/customs-bonds\/#ac3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Carrier Bond<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/traderiskguaranty.com\/customs-bonds\/#ac4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FTZ Bond<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your ISF bonding requirements are met if you currently hold one of these continuous bonds in place. Fines and penalties for ISF non-compliance will not be assessed during the one year trial period, however, a continuous bond is still required to secure these filings.<\/p>\n<h2>Do You Still Import Using Single Entry Bonds?<\/h2>\n<p>If you continue to import using single entry bonds you will need to purchase the new continuous ISF Bond.
