Position Description: TRG is looking to employ full-time
sales executives with the highest caliber of talent. A TRG
sales executive is hired to market, via all approved and
encouraged marketing strategies, to the best of their ability,
the products available through TRG, and to continuously
learn and become more knowledgeable about the
products of TRG, and to provide our prospects and customers
the highest level of service by being courteous,
respectful, efficient and helpful.
Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience
Expected compensation: This is a full commission telemarketing position. A successful employee in this position should expect to earn $30,-40,000 in compensation in the first year and those with superior performance should expect to earn in the $45-60,000+ range. With any commission based sales position, the reward is based on the commitment. Quarterly sales incentives are designed to reward the top performing sales producers.
