Eagle Eye is a web-based application that allows importers to view information contained in the U.S. Customs database. It allows clients to view proprietary data regarding their imports such as Bond Status, Entry Reports, and more.
What are the Main Features of Eagle Eye?
As stated earlier Eagle Eye provides a wealth of information regarding a company’s importing practices. This reporting system allows you to see Importer Bond Status, Entry Status Reports, Supplemental Duty Bills, and Liquidated Penalties. All of this information can be viewed online or downloaded in Excel and PDF formats.
How Does It All Work?
If there is a Customs-issued notice on your account, a TRG Claims Department representative will be notified via Eagle Eye. Then our representative emails a notification to you promptly. Even before you respond a Claims Analyst reviews the reports and is available to assist you in making resolutions with Customs. Since our Claims Analysts are routinely notified through Eagle Eye, you will never be caught off guard about Customs alerts.
How do I Sign Up for Eagle Eye?
Signing up for this service is easy and it can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. Simply go to traderiskguaranty.com and select “My Account,” then click on “Start Here.” From there you will be prompted to create an account using your importer number. Once your account is setup, you must fill out the Eagle Eye authorization form and send it to a salesperson, new business specialist, or client loyalty specialist. Next, you will receive an email confirming your account has been authorized. Then you will be able to log in anytime to view information regarding your account and imports.
