The employees at Trade Risk Guaranty and Strix partnered up during the month of November to support the fight against cancer by participating in the global movement of No-Shave November.
This past November the TRG and Strix teams decided to participate in No-Shave November as a fundraising event for cancer research using the event’s official website. Nearly half of cancer diagnoses and deaths are preventable and No-Shave November’s mission is to not only raise funds for cancer research and treatment but to also educate the population about preventative measures. Each whisker grown allows us to embrace our hair, which many cancer patients lose during treatment and each dollar raised brings us all one step closer in our efforts to fund cancer research and education, help prevent the disease, and aid those fighting the battle.
Together, Trade Risk Guaranty and Strix were proud to raise over $500 to support cancer research and to ultimately raise awareness throughout the month. We are excited to take part in this event again next year and continue to increase our fundraising goal!

How Our Team Participated in No-Shave November
In order to participate, team members were asked to create an account under TRG’s No-Shave November online profile and then to refrain from shaving for the entire month of November. The progress of the beard growth of the team members working out of the downtown Bozeman office was documented weekly, every Wednesday afternoon. Participants were glad to have their beards back as the weather slowly got colder throughout the month.
