Happy Thanksgiving 2015 from Trade Risk Guaranty

by | Nov 24, 2015 | Life in Montana, TRG Events

Thanksgiving 2015 is the first major event of the upcoming holiday season. In America, this holiday is recognized as an opportunity to strap on the feed bag and get down on Ma’s (or Grandma’s) famous cooking and give thanks for the blessings in our life.

As the name suggests, Thanksgiving 2015 is going to be a time of giving thanks for everything from freedom to pumpkin spice lattes (PSL for short). I can’t say that I have ever had a pumpkin spice latte, but there is zero doubt that I could devour an entire pumpkin spice cheesecake before you even leave the Starbucks drive through. Regardless of what we are thankful for, it’s one of a few days in any given year in which we all set-aside thoughts of the daily grind and reminisce on the positive aspects of life.

Get Some Time off

Here at TRG are lucky enough to have both Thanksgiving and the following Friday off, which means there’s extra opportunity to participate in some much-needed r&r. Granted this can mean completely different activities for any given person. Personally, this nets me a couple of extra days to crusade around the mighty mountains of Montana in search of wildlife to fill my freezer. Others might find it fitting to simply sit around the house with the family making turkey sandwiches with the leftovers.

Share the Wealth

Regardless of what we are thankful for, or how we spend the extra time off, we at TRG hope you have a marvelous Thanksgiving 2015. And remember, there are those in your community who may not be fortunate enough to afford a Thanksgiving feast as splendid as yours. If you have anything to give, stop by your local food bank and help those who are down on their luck enjoy a tasty meal too.
